Sales persons are very cooperative and professional. But I am very about the service dept. as they are very tricky/clever. I drove my bike from Dhaka to Bogura, stand the bike at their service door asks them to change the engine oil. I thought they will wait a while as the engine was so hot and generally draining engine oil takes 10-15 minutes, but while I was talking over phone, they demand they changed the engine oil in 5 minutes, I am shocked!!! Bytheway, they even didn't give me receipt. I understand everything at next morning as I saw some engine oil drops under motorcycle where I parked at night. I go to near mechanic and they found the screw was not fully tight! I believe they gave me open engine oil as other bike need 900ml and they took the 100ml t, they repeat and made a 1ltr open bottle and put that to my bike when I was busy over phone. They did everything quick and forgot to tight the screw well. I am very much disappointed to their service dept.
