Barisal divisional museum. The building of this museum looks like a very ancient building, so I think this building can be taken as a spectacular one. what you do not need to see inside the Barisal Museum are the history and birthplace of some famous people, some of the oldest place pictures, and some of the artifacts are painted, the oldest of which is a fan of some earthenware items, and the garden most commonly used is in front of museum.
Nice. Remarkably this place was much better than I had anticipated. Many reviewers say there aren't many items here to see etc. I beg to differ. For a small museum, they have a relatively large collection of items from the past which I certainly found interesting. For any tourist visiting Barisal town. Please do check it out. Ticket price is only 10 takas for locals (not sure for foreigners). There is a well maintained nice garden outside at the entrace. They don't seem keep any fans on except for the ones where the guards are seating so you might find it quite hot if going in warm season. Please check a photo I posted for opening times which varies with the time of year.
Well my experience was not that bad with this museum. There are not much things in the museum, but enough to know about the Barisal division.
