Robi as the merged company began its commercial operation from November 16, 2016. Following the merger of Robi and Airtel, Robi was granted license to use Airtel brand in Bangladesh for the customers having 016 number series.

So far as the element of experience goes regarding this Airtel Center it deserved 4 star, but one star went down due to the shabbiness of the interior. Employees seemed tired and trying really hard to give a great service but either lacking moral or did not have sufficient resources. You can park your car into its underground garage, which was a relief. May be a little more care for Airtel employees would do the job of earning one more star.

This service centre is very bad quality service provides.They forcefully New SIM card sells.If any customer have free SIM replacement offers.They don't give free .another sim they give and take 200 take and said it's is his offers .and most important thing the incharge of this service centre Romon her name ,she very rude behave to customer.
